What materials do you use in handmade items?
We use gold-filled, gold vermeil, or gold-plated metals, along with ethically sourced freshwater pearls and natural stones.
How long does it take to create handmade jewellery?
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for production. We appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ethno Atelier only ships within the EU. You can submit your requests for different countries to info@ethnoatelier.com
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Unfortunately, made-to-order and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
Please email us at info@ethnoatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your item with a photo of the damage.
Can I request a specific size for a bracelet or necklace?
Yes! We’re happy to offer custom sizing on most pieces. Just get in touch at info@ethnoatelier.com before placing your order.
Do you have a gift wrapping option available?
Yes,we do offer a gift wrapping option. Simply select the gift etap option when placing your order..
Can I include a gift note?
Yes – just leave your message in the “Gift Message” at checkout.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our pieces are limited edition, but others may return. If something you love is sold out, feel free to contact us to check availability.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the item is not faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping expenses
