Everyday Care
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away body oils, lotions, and perfumes after each wear.
Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, as they can damage both metals and natural stones.
To protect your jewellery from premature wear or damage, keep it away from:
Sleep – Remove before bed to prevent accidental bending or breakage.
Shower – Soap and shampoo can dull metals and gemstones.
Swim – Chlorine and salt water can be harsh on precious metals and natural stones.
Sprays – Perfumes, hairsprays, and cleaning agents can tarnish or weaken materials.
Sweat – Extended exposure to sweat, especially during exercise, can affect the longevity of your jewellery.
Gold Filled Care
Gold filled jewellery is crafted with a thick layer of gold pressure-bonded to a base metal, making it highly durable and tarnish-resistant.
Safe for daily wear but should be kept away from harsh chemicals for extended longevity.
Clean with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth.
Store in an airtight pouch to minimise exposure to moisture.
Gold Vermeil Care
Gold vermeil features a thick layer of 18k gold over solid sterling silver, offering a luxurious and durable finish.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water and chemicals to maintain its brilliance.
Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth after wearing.
Store separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and oxidation.
Semiprecious & Precious Stones
Harder semi-precious stones-like amethyst, aquamarine, blue topaz, quartz and lapis lazuli -can be safely cleaned with warm, mild soapy water using a soft toothbrush, then gently dried with a lint-free cloth. Softer and more porous stones such as pearls, opals, emeralds, amber, coral, onyx and agate require extra care. Avoid using water, as it can cause discoloration or surface damage. To preserve the natural beauty of all your semi-precious stones, minimize exposure to lotions, oils and perfumes. We also recommend avoiding ultrasonic and steam cleaners, as they may dull or damage the stone over time.
Freshwater & Mother of Pearl
We exclusively work with natural pears, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike- each one carries its own unique character and glow. To preserve their natural luster, let any perfumes, lotions or cosmetics fully absorb before putting on your pearl jewelry, as exposure to chemicals and soaps can couse dullness. Clean your pearls gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth as needed, avoiding any harsh cleaning methods. Store them separately from other pieces to protect against scratches, and never keep them in plastic containers- over time, this can cause pearls to lose their color and yellow.
Hypoallergenic and waterproof jewelry
We know how much you love your jewelry — and keeping it as radiant as the day you bought it is easier than you think!
Our waterproof and hypoallergenic pieces are safe to wear in the shower, pool, and even the sea. Gentle products like soap, body wash, .and shampoo won’t harm them. After exposure to water or a full day of wear, simply wipe your jewelry with clean water or a damp cloth to remove any product or residue. This quick step helps maintain their shine over time.
However, we recommend removing your jewelry when applying skincare products that contain exfoliating or active ingredients such as retinol, retinal, or vitamin C. These formulas can potentially wear down the protective coating on your jewelry over time.
With just a little care, you can enjoy your favorite pieces for years — always sparkling, always beautiful.
